Every Fall, the RAIC opens a call for submissions for its various awards in its Honours and Awards program. Some honours and awards are offered each year, while others are offered every other year.

Tous les automnes, l’IRAC lance un appel de candidatures dans le cadre de son programme de Prix et distinctions. Certains prix et distinctions sont offerts chaque année, alors que d’autres le sont tous les deux ans.

Award Category Description

This award celebrates an individual, or collective of individuals, who has made a significant public contribution to the advancement of Canadian architecture through their advocacy, patronage, and/or other forms of support. The award recognizes long-term commitment to the profession at an international, national, regional or local level.

Ce prix récompense une personne ou un groupe de personnes qui a apporté une contribution publique importante à la promotion de l’architecture canadienne par son action de sensibilisation, son parrainage ou d’autres formes de soutien. Le prix tient compte des approches exemplaires en matière de durabilité et du soutien et de la promotion de l’équité, de la diversité et de l’inclusion. Il reconnaît l’engagement à long terme envers la profession à un niveau international, national, régional ou local.
